• Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate a wedding. For reference, Ken and Steph will be in a traditional tux and wedding gown!

  • Tokyo will be entering autumn with temps between 17 to 21 degrees celsius.

  • The wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors but the venue will have access to an outside balcony space on the 17th floor of the hotel.

  • We do not have a wedding gift registry.  In Japan, the primary tradition for gift-giving at weddings is to present the couple with cash, known as goshugi, in a special envelope called shugi-bukuro. This is usually given by guests as a symbol of congratulations and to help the couple start their new life together. While the amount varies based on the relationship to the couple, it's generally expected to be around 30,000 yen for close friends and relatives.

The wedding venue will have a reception desk to accept goshugi, if you so choose.

  • We’d love it if you can let us know by email by Sept 20th 2025.
